GREEN BAY, WI- (Wisconsin Radio Network)- The Brown County District Attorney has determined that three Green Bay police officers were justified when they shot a suspect at the Oneida Casino complex May 1st. D-A David Lasee announced that no criminal charges will be filed against Sergeant Brian Jordan and Officers MaKayla Wolfe and Ben Snyder. Lasee ruled they made a reasonable decision to use deadly force in the protection of others. Sixty-two-year-old Bruce Profahl was killed near a parking ramp at the complex in Ashwaubenon. He had shot two former co-workers to death and wounded a third at the Duck Creek Restaurant and Bar.
