
Good Neighbor program is ramping up in Appleton and Clintonville Police Department would like to follow suit. The Good Neighbor program is similar to that of a normal welfare check but in these days COVID-19 the Clintonville Police department want their residents to know that they are available to check on the well being of an individual or family. With the regulations set by the CDC and state Department of Health Services people older than 60 and those individuals with pre-existing medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes and lung disease are at high risk of contracting COVID-19. The Good Neighbor program will allow people to request the officers to check on individuals who may not have regular contact with family members, friends or neighbors.
