MANAWA, WI – An 18-year-old Waupaca County man has been arrested for Child Sexual Assault.
Alex M. Kasper was taken into custody on Thursday in Manawa and was charged with 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault- Intercourse with a person under the age of 12 and 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault- Sexual Contact with a person under the age of 13.
There is concern that there could be other victims in Waupaca County.
Manawa Police Chief James Gorman stressed that there is no immediate threat to the community.
Waupaca and Weyauwega Police Departments assisted in the investigation along with the Waupaca County DHHS.
