GREEN BAY, WI – A Menominee Tribal member is facing 10 years of prison time if convicted of Child Pornography charges.
23-year-old Kelly L. Turney of Zoar was indicated recently.
Menominee Tribal police and the FBI investigated.
The case was part of Project Safe Childhood.
