TOWN OF BEAR CREEK, WI – The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department responded to a three vehicle accident Friday afternoon on County Road O near Brandy Creek Road.
The investigation determined that a vehicle that was driven by 53-year-old Thomas Christensen of Clintonville crossed the center line and struck two other vehicles.
Officials say Christensen fled the scene and was located a short while later.
All three vehicles, including a southbound SUV and a southbound passenger vehicle sustained enough damage that they all needed to be towed from the scene.
The driver the SUV, a 30-year-old female, was treated and released. The driver of the other vehicle, a 66-year-old female was transported by ambulance.
Clintonville Police, Clintonville Fire, Clintonville Ambulance and Marion Police all assisted at the scene.
