Floyd C. “Twig” Hartwig, age 92, of Shawano, passed away on January 10, 2020 surrounded by his family.
A funeral mass for Floyd will be held at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Fr. Scott Valentyn officiating. Entombment will be in Sacred Heart Mausoleum, with military honors conducted by the Shawano VFW and Shawano American Legion Post #117. Visitation will be held on Friday at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. A memorial fund is being established by the family.
