WAUPACA, WI – A Shawnao woman was taken into custody Thursday for an alleged 5th drunk driving offense.
64-year-old Donna Welch was stopped along County X at Larry Road in Waupaca County.
The State Trooper who conducted the traffic stop reported detecting the smell of intoxicants on her breath and performed a field sobriety test.
Welch was taken into custody for the OWI and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license.
