CLINTONVILLE, WI – Once again Brix Street in Clintonville was bright and beautiful for the holidays.
Todd Mattes has been putting on a display for over 10 years.
” A little over 25,000 lights in the front and back yard dancing to music.”
He says he tries to add something new each year.
“This year on the front of house I had digital lights which I can make whatever colors I want.”
Mattes says the candle sticks in the front have 4000 lights alone. The wall of lights is about 14,000 and the star in the back has 300.
As you might expect, the process takes time to come together.
“I start putting lights up during the first week in November.”
Mattes says the music takes even longer.
“I have already started thinking about next year.”
This year’s musical selections included “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey. Mattes also added Old Town Road.
“Non-Christmas, but it was one of the hottest songs this year.”
The display will be going through Saturday.
