The Wisconsin Department of Justice says 35-year-old Michael A. Jolly was fatally wounded last week when he came out of a house and ignored police commands. The state agency is identifying those involved in the incident in Fox Crossing. The D-O-J says the officers who fired their weapons at Jolly were Fox Crossing Police Officer Corey J. Colburn and Neenah Police Officer Austin B. Riska. The shooting happened last Thursday at about 4:30 A-M after a 9-1-1 caller reported a suicidal person.
