The Wisconsin Department of Justice is investigating a police shooting in Kewaunee County Tuesday morning that left a suspect dead . Officers say 38-year-old Luis Cardona abducted his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint in Green Bay and later shot her near an A-T-V park. Deputies say a cellphone helped them locate Cardona’s vehicle and he was fatally shot by officers. Babette Caraballo was taken to a Green Bay hospital where her current condition is unknown. Green Bay police say Cardona abducted Carabello from her job last month but let her go and also showed up at her home November 11th and tried to get her to come with him.
