He filed complaints about sexual misconduct in his unit. Now, Wisconsin Air National Guard Master Sergeant Jay Ellis says his superiors with the 115th Fighter Wing are retaliating. Ellis’ complaints brought on two federal investigations. He is currently challenging the decision of a medical evaluation board to discharge him. Ellis alleges the Guard leadership launched the medical review so he can be discharged and denied retirement benefits. A December 3rd hearing has been scheduled at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.
