A man is dead after a shooting involving two police officers in the Village of Fox Crossing. The Wisconsin D-C-I says the man who was shot died this morning at a Neenah hospital (Thursday). A Fox Crossing and Neenah officer were called to a report of a suicidal person around 4:30 a-m. The D-C-I said “following an interaction with the subject both officers discharged their weapons, striking the subject.” Neither officer was hurt. Investigators plan to turn their evidence over to the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office. The man killed hasn’t been identified.
