Child Protective Services has reportedly removed five kids from a home In Wausau. Charges have been filed against Evaristo Torres and Victoria Hignite. Investigators are accusing the couple of strangling a child last weekend – a crime reported by the victim’s aunt. Charges against Torres can be enhanced under repeat offender rules.
