A 28-year-old Neenah man is going to prison for trying to meet what he thought was an underage girl to have sex. Michael Vaughn was convicted of attempted second-degree sexual assault of a child and soliciting intimate representation from a minor. He was given a five-year sentence in Outagamie County Circuit Court earlier this week. He will be on extended supervision for five years when he gets out and will have to register as a sex offender.
