(Rhinelander, WI) — The Oneida County Sheriff’s Department says a registered sex offender has been arrested after child pornography was found on his phone. Forty-eight-year-old Matthew Kummer told police he was picking up the daughter of a friend when he was questioned outside James Williams Middle School October 24th. He had failed to notify the school of his presence as required by law. Kummer has a court appearance scheduled for today (Monday) where he will face more than 10 criminal charges.
