(Appleton, WI) — A Winnebago County Circuit judge has set a cash bond of one-million dollars for a 36-year-old man accused of killing his mother. Bradley G. Boettcher made his initial court appearance by video Monday. He faces a charge of first-degree intentional homicide for allegedly causing the death of 60-year-old Lee Ann Dorn. Investigators believe he beat her to death last February, then went on the run. He was arrested in Kentucky.
