Wisconsin’s unemployment rate inched up for the fourth straight month in September to three-point-two percent. The state’s jobless rate has slowly been rising since tying a record-low at two-point-eight percent in May. Wisconsin gained 19-hundred private sector jobs between August and September. The state has added 12-thousand-300 jobs since September 2018. The labor force participation remained at 67-point-two percent last month. The national unemployment rate is three-tenths higher than Wisconsin’s at three-and-a-half percent.
