Neenah’s police chief says the fatal shooting of a customer in a bar early Monday morning is “senseless.” Authorities are looking for the armed robber who entered the Short Branch Saloon shortly before 12:15 A-M. The victim’s name will be released later today (Tuesday). Chief Aaron Olson says authorities are looking for the shooter, adding, “We won’t stand for this type of violence in the city of Neenah.” The suspect is a white man who was wearing a dark baseball hat, a face mask and a dark-colored sweatshirt. He drove away in a dark-colored car with silver hub caps.
