There’s a send-off ceremony Friday at Volk Field for 165 Wisconsin National Guard soldiers deploying to the Ukraine. The 32nd ‘Red Arrow” Infantry Brigade Combat Team will oversee a group of multinational partners and advise training teams in western Ukraine. The Red Arrow troops will to assist in building professional units capable of defending Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
