The Shawano Optimists Club will be holding their annual Installation banquet tonight(Wednesday) at the Seasons Restaurant on Airport Road in Shawano. The attendees will hear from the outgoing President Dan Mauel and also hear about the year events from 2019 to the upcoming events in 2020. The crowd will also hear from the Life Member 2019 as they pass on the award and also the Optimist of the Year 2019 will be passing on that award for the honoree. Once the banquet is finished the Shawano Optimist Club begins their new fiscal year allowing for donation requests to start pouring in.
