A Clintonville man will be back in Waupaca County Court Today(Tuesday) after being held on a 1000 dollar cash bond following a felony fleeing charge in Waupaca County Court. 32 year old Allen K. Overland also faces counts of obstructing police and operating while revoked. The complaint alleges Overland fled Clintonville police at speeds that reached 84 miles per hour. Overland eventually entered a marshy area along the Clintonville airport fenceline and became stuck. The complaint alleges he then attempted to flee on foot, but was caught by an officer. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years behind bars.
