The Ashland County district attorney says no laws were broken when three U-S Marshals shot a man to death last May. D-A David Meany says he won’t be filing criminal charges in the death of 33-year-old Joseph M. Tedrick. As members of a U-S Marshals Fugitive Task Force served a warrant at his home in Ashland, Tedrick was seen arming himself with a rifle. He then ran to his garage and got into a vehicle, hitting one of the marshals as he tried to drive away. Tedrick was shot multiple times.
