A February trial date has been set in Marathon County for a 56-year-old man accused of killing the father of his former girlfriend. Seventy-seven-year-old Lyle Leith was beaten to death last year. Prosecutors say he and Lee Franck argued about Frank’s relationship with Leith’s daughter. The older man’s body was found in Wausau in a garage belonging to Franck.
