A Green Bay woman is in the Brown County Jail, accused of fleeing police for a second time. Fifty-four-year-old Colleen Montague did stop for police briefly June 28th but drove off as they approached her vehicle. She was arrested four years ago when she tried to run away from officers on foot during a traffic stop. She spent a year and a half in state prison when she was found guilty the first time. Montague has been arrested seven times on operating while intoxicated charges.
