The University of Wisconsin says no decision has been made about whether to readmit a football player who had been expelled after being charged with sexual assault. A jury found wide receiver Quintez Cephus not guilty of two sexual assault charges and he applied for reinstatement to the school last week. Cephus’s attorney says the fact they have not made a decision yet is a “clear signal” they do not want him back. The university calls that a false claim and says they are gathering all relevant information to complete a review “as quickly as possible.”
