A 51-year-old man is the victim of a deadly crash between a semi and bicycle this morning in Waupaca County (Friday). Sheriff’s deputies say the bicyclist was struck around 7 A-M near the Town of Lebanon and died at the scene. The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
