Prosecutors accuse a De Pere man of beating, drugging and using a shock collar on a 14-year-old girl. A criminal complaint was filed against Sanjaya Senanayake in Marathon County Circuit Court Wednesday. Investigators say the abuse started five years ago when the girl was nine. Senanayake is scheduled to return to court next month to face charges of felony child abuse and false imprisonment.
