Two Wisconsin girls have told police about scary experiences they had while walking alone. A 14-year-old girl in Manitowoc says a man in a vehicle pulled up next to her Saturday night and offered her a ride. She told the man “no,” then he made a U-turn, came back and told her to get in the car — but she ran away. Tuesday morning in Madison, a second girl said a man in a black car was following her. When her father approached the car, the suspect sped off.
