(Green Bay, WI) — A Green Bay man is facing his tenth drunken driving offense after crashing his motorcycle. ifty-year-old David Bourassa was charged with his tenth O-W-I Friday in Brown County. Officers say Bourassa was found nearly unconscious with a head injury Wednesday night at an I-43 off ramp. He was not wearing a helmet and driving with a revoked license. A paramedic told police that he admitted to drinking four to five Mike’s Hard Lemonade before on getting on his motorcycle.
