A 35-year-old Wisconsin man tells Sheboygan police he “gets urges to do odd things.” This qualifies. Patrick Beeman is going to log about five months of jail time for repeatedly clogging up women’s toilets. Beeman pleaded no contest to five counts of criminal damage to property. He also has to pay 55-hundred dollars restitution and will be on probation for three years after he gets out of jail
