A former municipal judge in Fox Crossing will have a trial date set when he returns to Winnebago County Circuit Court next month. Leonard Kachinsky entered a not guilty plea to charges he had violated a restraining order. A defense motion to dismiss the charges Thursday was denied. Kachinsky had been charged with stalking the village court clerk, but he was acquitted. He has been disciplined by the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
