The Clintonville man accused of holding a teenage girl in a Clintonville hotel earlier this year will face sentencing in July. 35 year old Elijah Kerrigan faces up to 15 years in prison after pleading no contest to charges of child enticement with sexual contact, possession of child porn, and delivery of drugs to a minor. On New Year’s Eve, a fifteen year old girl went missing, 7 days later, the missing girl’s mother received a ransom request via text that he wanted 25 hundred dollars for her return. Nine other counts were dismissed in the plea agreement.
