A homeless man is scheduled to return to Marathon County Circuit Court later this month to face sex crime charges. Twenty-seven-year-old Jessie Gayle is accused of trying to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex. Gayle had only been out of jail for a few days when the two connected online. He reportedly told police he planned to meet the underage girl, have sex, then never see her again. He faces a felony charge of use of a computer to facilitate a sex crime.
