The man accused of killing three Girl Scouts and a mother last November wants his trial moved out of Chippewa County. A motion hearing on the request for a change of venue by Colton Treu’s attorney will be held Friday. The prosecution says the trial shouldn’t move, but a jury made up of members from outside the county could be selected to ensure impartiality. Treu is accused of huffing chemicals before he killed nine-year-old Jayna Kelley, 10-year-old Autumn Helgeson and 10-year-old Haylee Hickle, plus Haylee’s mother Sara Jo Schneider.
