The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce is solidly behind the idea of allowing people to operate their A-T-Vs on city roads. The chamber’s board of directors says it has spoken to residents while conducting research on the question — and it found support for the idea. Rhinelander City Council members are expected to vote on the final proposal at the June 10th meeting. A-T-V drivers would have to be at least 16 years old and the vehicles would have a 35 mile-an-hour speed limit. >Appleton Police Officer, Firefighter Among 4 People Wounded At Transit Center
