A man found dead with two fatally stabbed children had been involved in more than one violent incident. Investigators say 35-year-old Andrew Poppe raped a woman and threatened to kill her just days before his body was found alongside two dead children. Authorities haven’t said whether the children belong to Poppe’s alleged rape victim. The bodies were found in Seymour last month.
