Appleton police are investigating the death of a man who had been taken into custody by Green Bay authorities. Officers arrested the man Friday night after he had been accused of causing several disturbances. The unnamed suspect originally refused to obey commands while he was being taken into custody. Police say he appeared to have a medical emergency and was taken to a hospital, where he died.
