A West Allis man is the winner of the largest jackpot in Wisconsin Lottery history. Twenty-four-year-old Manuel Franco bought the winning 768-million-dollar ticket for the March 27th drawing at Speedway in New Berlin. Franco came forward today (Tuesday) to claim his prize and chose the cash option of about 477-million dollars. He will receive more than 326-million after state and federal taxes. Franco said “to win feels something like a dream and I feel like at any moment I might wake up. I just can’t believe an ordinary guy like me would ever be in this position. As a winner now, I don’t plan on playing any more.”
