Eau Claire County prosecutors say a California man will return to court for a hearing next month. Samuel Serrano allegedly had three-million dollars worth of cocaine in his possession when he was stopped by police. Serrano was driving a semi when authorities found more than 67 pounds of cocaine in the trailer. A judge determined there was enough evidence to bind him over for trial during an appearance Tuesday. Federal charges are expected to be added.
