Oshkosh police say they are hoping somebody in the neighbor has surveillance video of a Sunday night drive-by shooting. Investigators say several children were present when a home was targeted and multiple bullets were fired into its walls. No injuries were reported. Police think the shooters were targeting a specific person at that address — although the person hasn’t been identified.
