
A Brown County judge has ordered the man accused of stabbing a Green Bay police dog to be held on bond. Thirty-year-old Sai Vang faces a felony charge of causing an injury to a police animal, plus two misdemeanors. Police were trying to take Vang into custody Sunday when the police dog Pyro bit him and he responding by stabbing Pyro at least three times. Pyro has had emergency surgery, including blood and plasma transfusions as veterinarians try to save his life.
