Four corrections officers in Nevada are on paid leave while the death of a jail inmate is investigated. Thirty-six-year-old Nicholas Farah passed out and died while he was being restrained by jailers last Sunday. The Appleton, Wisconsin man had been arrested at a Las Vegas motel on charges of trespassing and other offenses. Surveillance video from the jail shows the four officers putting him in a so-called restraint chair. Determining the exact cause of Farah’s death could take several weeks while investigators wait for the results of toxicology testing.
