Two unions have rejected the latest contract offer from Wisconsin-based Harley-Davidson. The current contract was set to expire Monday, but it has been extended for two weeks so negotiations can continue. The company says it was offering a signing bonus of more than 22-hundred dollars, a 14-percent wage hike, pension improvements, retirement incentives and no change in health care benefits. Some Harley-Davidson workers were protesting last week at a location in Menomonee Falls.
