An Oshkosh accident involving a car and a pedestrian early Sunday has resulted in hospitalization for the victim and an arrest of the driver. A 30-year-old Omro woman is suspected of second offense operating while intoxicated. A man is being treated for life-threatening injuries after he was hit at about 2:30 A-M. Emergency responders say they found the man lying in the roadway. No names have been released yet. Police are hoping there are witnesses who saw the accident happen.
