A criminal complaint shows the child of a woman shot to death in Beaver Dam was in the room when she was killed. First-degree intentional homicide charges were filed against 21-year-old Ulisses Medina Espinoza in Dodge County Circuit Court Tuesday. Investigators say he went to his parents’ Beaver Dam house Saturday afternoon and shot his ex-wife, Stacia Hollinshead, to death in front of their five-year-old daughter. Hollinshead had been a state’s attorney in Dekalb County, Illinois since last November.
