Witnesses say a “wild” scene developed before their eyes when two people jumped from a second-story window in an effort to get away from police last weekend in Rothschild. Officers were carrying arrest warrants for Crystal Taylor and Tyler Perkins as they approached the Econo Lodge Saturday. A worker at the motel had spotted the fugitives. Taylor was injured by the fall and was taken into custody quickly. Perkins managed to run for about two blocks before he was tracked down in a store parking lot.
