The biggest challenge may be to find the workers to fill the 40 jobs coming to a Manitowoc-based plastics company. Redline Plastics says it is doubling its workspace with the 12-and-a-half-million dollar expansion project. Work should be complete in November. Redline has 100 workers on the job now, with plans to add another 40. The new building is big enough for additional expansion in the future.
