A Mauston woman tells investigators she met friends for drinks one night in January, began to fell sick and laid down in a bedroom to sleep. She says she woke to find a man on top of her, performing sex acts. Authorities in Juneau County have arrested 58-year-old Paul Carman of Elroy, charging him with second-degree sexual assault. The incident happened January 7th when Carman was forcibly removed from the home by another man.
