A Shawano woman heads to court on April Fool’s Day after she was caught handing out marijuana cookies on St Patrick’s Day. Cathleen K. Krause, 57, faces 2 felony drug charges after police arrested her for handing out the laced products during a holiday parade in Wescott’s Mooseyard. A sheriff’s deputy was told that a woman was handing out drug-laced cookies during the annual holiday parade. She was located after her picture was taken by one of the people who were offered the cookies. Krause has one other marijuana arrest in Shawano County in 2015. She was released in this new case on a $1,000 cash bond.
