A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 17 for An Oconto Falls couple facing felony charges after packages shipped to their home were found to contain nearly 6 ounces of concentrated marijuana. Bruce J. Carr, 65, and Laurel Carr, 59, face charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place-party to a crime. Bruce Carr was released after posting $1,500 cash, Laurel Carr she was released after signing a $2,500 signature bond.
